Meet our Trustee: Colin McArthur
Colin McArthur re-joined the board in 2024 after serving as a trustee between (January 2008 and September 2019).
He is affected by retinitis pigmentosa and worries that his grandchildren and future generations in their family may inherited the faulty gene which caused his sight loss.
Supported by his wife Linda, Colin has raised a considerable amount of money for the charity over the years with events on the Isle of Wight, including Hopefully to Seaview, a five mile scenic walk. He also runs the Retina UK Isle of Wight Local Peer Support Group.
