A tent card in white with navy blue at the top and bottom, one side features the Retina UK badge and the words “A donation has been made to Retina UK on your behalf” below it, while the other side features the Retina UK logo, our website and registered charity number.
The badges themselves measure 25mm x 25mm and are a square shape with rounded corners and a butterfly fastening on the back.
