Great Manchester Run 10K 2026

Join #TeamRetinaUK in the centre of Manchester for a hugely popular race, back for another year in 2026. With a flat course and thousands of runners taking to the streets, it's set to be another fantastic event.

Great Manchester Run Half Marathon 2026

With live music and thousands of spectators, this hugely popular race sells out fast but you could be there as part of #TeamRetinaUK in 2025. In true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack along the route!
