Cambridge Half Marathon 2025

This scenic course takes you past the amazing sights of Cambridge and is ideal for those tackling their first 13.1 mile event and those looking for a PB. You’ll get plenty of support out on the course with multiple aid stations, pacers and big crowds.

About inherited sight loss

Many inherited sight loss conditions occur when cells in the retina, which is the light-sensitive region at the back of the eye, deteriorate in an unpredictable way. These conditions are often referred to as inherited retinal dystrophies.
