Thames Path Challenge

England’s greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for the Thames Path Challenge. Over 3000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100 km route heads upstream all the way to Henley along the famous Thames Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful historic scenery en-route to a riverside finish line. You’ll get full support & hospitality all the way – and with 50 km & 25 km distance options also available.

Registration options

There are several different ways that you can join:

Charity Sponsorship – pay a small registration fee and do lots of fundraising!

  • Full Challenge – £45 reg fee + £595 in fundraising
  • Half Challenge – £30 reg fee + £395 in fundraising
  • Quarter Challenge – £15 reg fee + £250 in fundraising

Mixed Funding – pay a higher contribution to the cost of your place and fundraise to a lower target.

  • Full Challenge – £110 reg fee + £330 in fundraising
  • Half Challenge – £72.50 reg fee + £220 in fundraising
  • Quarter Challenge – £45 reg fee + £135 in fundraising

Self funding – pay for your place and have no fundraising target

  • Full Challenge – £198 reg fee
  • Half Challenge – £129 reg fee
  • Quarter Challenge – £79 reg fee

Support along the way

  • Free Retina UK t-shirt
  • A dedicated member of our fundraising team with top tips, advice and materials to help you reach your target
  • Fully signed route with rest stops and free food and drink
  • Medics, massage, and pace walkers
  • Medal, t-shirt and glass of fizz as you cross the finish line.
