  • Location: Via Zoom

Welcome to the 'Talking' Travel Peer Support Group where we invite you to come and share your experiences, tips and hints around all things Travel at our bi-monthly meetings, from going on holidays to general every day getting about.

We're pleased to invite you to join group facilitators Richard and Rachael Zimbler for our first 'Talking' Travel peer support group meeting of 2025 where we are delighted to welcome our guest speakers Traveleyes.

Traveleyes was founded in 2004 by the blind entrepreneur, Amar Latif. They are the world’s first commercial tour operator providing independent group travel for people who are blind or partially sighted. Those who travel solo no longer have to depend on family members or friends to accompany them on holiday. They help in making the world a more accessible place by guiding and describing the sights to their blind travellers. Each holiday itinerary is carefully hand-made by their expert team, with a focus on stimulating all of the five senses. This means that they can guarantee a truly unique and multi-sensory travel experience.

Please come along and feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding the holidays, how to make a booking enquiry as well as the destinations and breaks they offer.

We also welcome you to come and share any mobility advice, information or tell us about any V.I holidays or travel experiences that you have enjoyed in the past and would like to recommend.

Richard and Rachael are happy to answer any questions or queries you may have around travel, holidays or getting out and about in general so please feel free to come and have a chat with them and the group for any support you may need.

We hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you there!
