10.00am – 3.30pm

We welcome you to join us for our first in person event of 2022, our Scotland information day in Aberdeen.

The information day will be held at Cowdray Hall, Aberdeen Art Gallery on Wednesday 18 May between 10.00am and 3.30pm.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the latest in research, clinical trials and treatment options for people with IRDs, get hands on with different pieces of technology, find out what Retina UK and other charity partners are currently delivering, and meet with other people affected by inherited sight loss and the professionals who support them.

Speakers include Dr Roly Megaw from the Institute of Genetics and Cancer, University of Edinburgh, Ethan Chance from technology provider Sight & Sound, Dr Toby Hurd, Principal Pharmacologist, Healx (TBC), Denise Rawden, Information and Support Manager at Retina UK, Libby Hillhouse, North East Sensory Services and Rachel Milne from Guide Dogs.

The event is free to attend and lunch will also be provided.

To book your place, please complete the following form, or contact our team on 01280 821334. We will send you a confirmation email with the event details once your registration has been received, if you don’t receive it in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
