The Great North Run is the largest half marathon in the world, taking place annually in North East England each September. Participants run between Newcastle upon Tyne and South Shields. The run was devised by former Olympic 10,000 m bronze medallist and BBC Sport commentator Brendan Foster.
Retina UK have five places available for this event. There’s no registration fee, all you need to do is commit to raising a minimum of £800 for Retina UK. To apply for a place please fill in the form below. A member of the fundraising team will then get in touch to let you know if you’ve been successful.
