Talking Tech peer support group

  • Date and Time info: 11/05/2023 from 19:00:00 to 20:00:00
  • Online

With the overwhelming success of our pilot group meeting, we are going to continue our ‘Talking’ Tech Peer Support Group every other month. You are invited to the second group meeting where we can chat, share support and advice around how we all utilise Smart Assistants.

Does Google give you grief or do you find it’s great? Is Alexa amazing or annoying? Are you best buddies with Bixby or does it bother you? And is Siri super or stressful to use?

We would like to know what one works well for you, what are the pros and cons? How integrated are they into your lives? e.g. Do you use one at work or is your home voice assistant controlled? Are there any hidden features, tips or tricks you can share? If so, please come along and share your knowledge and expertise or learn more about the smart assistant that you use or any others you would like to recommend.

Please note that this meeting will be recorded and the audio only uploaded to our You Tube channel so please do not share any personal contact information. However, please feel free to share your experiences living with sight loss but only if you feel comfortable in doing so and remember that others outside of this meeting will be able to hear it on this public platform.

This meeting will be held online via Zoom.
