*Apologies, but due to essential maintenance being carried out at the venue, this event has now been rescheduled for Saturday 12 October*
We are pleased to invite you to join group facilitator Anna Browne for our first in-person Merseyside peer support group event in collaboration with SocialEyes Warrington. From Downward Facing Dog to actual Puppy Dog, come and join us at Puppy Love Yoga for an interactive session!
The benefits of yoga and meditation have long been established for their ability to build both physical and mental wellbeing. They are known to improve everything from flexibility and strength to stress management and sleep. Equally, puppy therapy has been proven to elevate mood as animal contact touches humans psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. The sessions are for everyone, whether you are a complete yoga rookie or an experienced yogi. Classes are taught by fully qualified yoga instructors, who will take you on a feel good journey, usually lasting one hour. It will incorporate simple meditation, basic yoga suitable for all levels of expertise, combined with plenty of puppy play and cuddles.
Tickets for this event are £20 per person and spaces are limited to 20 people. Mobility transportation has been arranged for this event by SocialEyes – the minibus will be at Warrington Interchange Bus Station from 12.15pm and will depart at 12.30pm. The bus station is a 2 minute walk from Warrington Central train station which is less than 30 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street station.
If you would like any further information or would like to book a place then please contact Anna Browne directly on either 07794628219 or socialeyes-warrington@outlook.com as well as registering via the form below so we can keep a track of attendance numbers.
Come along for a furry fun-filled session of yoga, please bring a bottled drink and wear comfortable clothing.
