Manchester local peer support group
This Local Peer Support Group provides a welcoming, safe and friendly opportunity for people to meet up to share experiences, tips and information.
We are pleased to invite you to join group facilitator Rachael Foley for our next Manchester local peer support group in-person meet up where we are delighted to welcome guest speaker Lucy Ashton, Business Development at Seable Holidays.
Come and join Rachael and the group when we return to the upstairs room at the Waldorf Pub in Manchester to hear from our guest speaker Lucy where you will have the chance to ask her any questions you may have, followed by a social catch up.
Seable’s mission is to provide accessible, tailored holidays to the visually impaired community.
They provide amazing and inclusive trips that can improve your well-being with their local trained assistance and tailored activities to suit your needs and enjoy a stress-free holiday. Their holidays are suitable for individuals, couples, families and groups of friends.
As a VI traveller, you simply pick a date, a destination or a group offer and they will take care of the rest. They will listen to your ideas, recommend the best experiences and ways to explore, and will take all the hard work out of planning an incredible holiday.
When you travel with them you will receive assistance from the moment you reach the destination, to the time you depart. Their chaperones have visual awareness training and they will make sure you have a stress-free holiday. All of their activities are private and tailored for VI guests and their sighted family or friends.
