London & South East Local Peer Support Group
This Local Peer Support Group provides a welcoming, safe and friendly opportunity for people with inherited sight loss to meet up to share experiences, tips and information.
We are pleased to invite you to join facilitator Bhavini Makwana and the London & South East group members as they embark on climbing over the O2 arena in Greenwich, London.
This group activity is not only iconic as it is set in one of London’s most popular destinations, but a milestone to achieve personally whilst also raising vital funds (if you wish) for Retina UK.

Cost
£39.00 per person. If you have a Nimbus Access Card, which displays the +1 symbol at the front, you will be entitled to a free carer/companion ticket for the person who will be supporting you during this activity. Otherwise, it will be the charity rate of £39.00 per person – rather than the full price of £44.00 per person. If you do not have a Nimbus Access Card and would like to register with this scheme, please complete the Access Card application form here before making any payments for the climb.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and avoid skirts or dresses.

Once you have registered, we will share full details in the auto response email of how to confirm your booking and make your payment.
If anyone would like to stay on with us after the climb we will be going for drinks and a bite to eat at the O2, alternatively if you do not wish to take part in the climb but would still like to join us afterwards, please meet up with the group outside the O2 at 5.30pm.
