Glasgow Local Peer Support Group
This Local Peer Support Group provides a welcoming, safe and friendly opportunity for people with inherited sight loss to meet up to share experiences, tips and information.
We are pleased to invite you to join facilitator Lynn Barr and the Glasgow group for our latest in-person meet up where we are delighted to welcome our guest speaker Graeme Marden from Sight and Sound Technology.
Come and join us where we are pleased to be returning to Visibility Scotland to hear from our guest speaker Graeme who will talk about and demonstrate some of the latest accessibility tech available from Sight and Sound, this includes the highly anticipated We WALK Smart Cane 2 which is launching in late October.
If you are interested in trying out some of the latest technology and learning about what is available then please come along and meet Graeme where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Following on from Graeme’s presentation, we will have the opportunity for a social catch up over tea, coffee and biscuits.
If you are able to join us for this event, please may we ask that you register by Wednesday 25 September if possible so we can let the venue know of numbers in advance and we know who to expect on the day, thanks very much.
We hope you can make it and look forward to seeing you there!
