The Blind Lads Loch Inn – Gents Peer Support Group

  • Date and Time info: 7/11/2023 from 19:00:00 to 20:00:00
  • Online

This Gents Peer Support Group provides a welcoming, safe and friendly opportunity for people to meet up to share experiences, tips and information.

To celebrate National Befriending week between 1 & 7 November we are pleased to announce the launch of our new peer support group, The Blind Lads Loch Inn.

We are delighted to welcome you to join our host Mark Baxter, The Blind Barman, for an evening of social chit-chat, beverages and banter at our Retina UK V.I tavern The Blind Lads Loch Inn on Tuesday 7 November from 7pm online via Zoom.

This new gents peer support group is a safe, friendly & welcoming place which will give us guys the opportunity to all sit around a virtual table and discuss what’s on your mind, any troubles & struggles or specific topics such as loss of your driving license to walking with a white cane.

So grab a glass or mug of your favourite drink and let’s share advice from daily living to DIY, fitness to facial hair and any other tips, hints & tricks to help support us lads who are living with inherited sight loss.

Please feel free to come along and join us to catch up with old mates or to make some new ones.
